Life Is Not Easy. At times, it confuses and confounds us. Often, we don’t understand it. Sometimes, life just doesn’t make sense. Bad things happen to good people, and good things happen to bad people. The young die prematurely, while the old seem to live eternally. Those we love sometimes leave, and those who hate us sometimes cling to us. The truth is, regardless of your education or life experience, life has a way of humbling us all. This is why we must “walk by faith and not by sight.” Faith is trusting God when life doesn’t make sense. No matter how perplexing, senseless, confusing, confounding, or discouraging the circumstances, believe that God works all things for your good.
